Subscription & refund policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026 · Last updated: July 11, 2026

Swanvista is currently free. This policy takes effect when paid subscriptions launch. No paid plans are offered today, and nothing is billed. The sections below describe how billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will work once paid plans become available.

The short version

When paid plans launch, they will be billed monthly or annually and will renew automatically until you cancel. You will be able to cancel anytime in the app in a few clicks — no phone call, no chat with retention — and you will keep access through the end of the period you paid for. First-time purchases will have a 30-day full-refund window, no questions asked.

1. Plans and pricing

Swanvista is currently offered entirely free of charge. When paid subscription plans are introduced, the available plans, features, and prices will be shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices will be in U.S. dollars and will exclude any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Billing cycle and automatic renewal

When paid subscriptions are offered:

  • Paid plans will be billed in advance, either monthly or annually, starting on the day you subscribe.
  • Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your saved payment method will be charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
  • The renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be disclosed at checkout, and you will be asked to expressly consent to the automatic renewal before your payment method is charged.
  • For annual plans, we will email you a renewal reminder before each renewal charge, with a direct link to cancel.
  • Payments will be processed by Stripe; we will never store your card number.

3. Free trials and promotions

If a future plan includes a free trial or promotional price, the trial length or promotional period, the price after it ends, and the date of the first real charge will be shown at the moment you sign up. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, we will send a reminder before the first charge, and you will be able to cancel any time before it to avoid being billed.

4. How to cancel

When paid subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel anytime from the app: open your account settings, choose your subscription, and select cancel. Cancellation will be entirely self-serve and will take effect at the end of your current billing period — no phone call, email, or conversation required. Cancelling will be at least as easy as subscribing, in the same medium you used to subscribe.

  • After cancelling, you will keep full paid access through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • When the period ends, your account will move to the free plan — your data will not be deleted, and you can export or delete it whenever you like.
  • If you ever cannot cancel in-app, email support@swanvista.com and we will cancel for you, effective the day you first attempted.

5. Refunds

When paid subscriptions launch, the following refund terms will apply:

  • First purchase: if Swanvista is not for you, email us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
  • Renewals: renewal charges will generally be non-refundable once the new period begins, except as described below or where required by law. Cancelling will stop all future charges.
  • Annual renewals: if you contact us within 30 days of an annual renewal charge and have not meaningfully used the Service since the renewal, we will refund that charge.
  • Billing errors: charges resulting from our error (for example, a double charge or a charge after cancellation) will be refunded in full, promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws of your state.

6. Price changes

If we ever change the price of a paid plan you are on, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and it will apply only from your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal and you will not be charged the new price.

7. Failed payments and past-due accounts

If a renewal payment ever fails, we will retry it and notify you. If payment cannot be collected after a reasonable retry period, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will move to the free plan. We will not charge late fees, and your data will stay intact.
